Early 41mm Front Forks Calliper Brackets

I have added some relief to match the back Hanger.





These Brackets will enable the fitment of the 4 pot Blue Spot callipers from a lot of the Yamaha range, you can also fit the later 4 pot callipers from the late Vmax if you want.

Please Note

You will need to buy a set of late discs from the Yamaha range, the 298mm Floating types fitted to a lot of the late 90's early 00's bikes. The 6 bolt versions.
Or Ideally the Wavey Discs I supply above.

Blue Spot 4 Piston Caliper Rear Brake Upgrade

This will replace your standard caliper bracket, to enable the fitment of a right front Blue Spot 4 Piston Yamaha caliper.
You will need to fit a 298mm front disc to the rear, as the standard Max one is too thick.
(Or you can fit the standard 4 pot Max caliper if you want)

Underslung Caliper Hanger

This conversion will allow the fitment of an R1 Blue spot rear caliper (1998-2002). A torque arm lug will need to be welded to the swingarm to take your aftermarket torque arm. The lug comes supplied with the Bracket.
You will need to supply your own caliper.
This conversion is ideal as an added extra to having one of my braced swingarms, as the lot can be supplied as a kit.
The additional braking that this caliper offers is unbelievable over standard.

Fits with standard Vmax disc 282 mm

NOTCHED & BRACED SWINGARM

All Swingarm prices are Exchange, add 40 to cost for outright purchase, i.e. no Exchange.
Please Allow upto 28 Days for Delivery, as these are made to order.

This modification will allow the fitment of an aftermarket exhaust, and 17" wheel, the notching will allow clearance for a 180 and some 190 section tyres.
Comes in Powder Coated Silver or Black

This swingarm will not fit with standard Exhausts, but will take a standard rear wheel.

This modification allows the swingarm to be fitted with standard exhausts in place, and also a standard wheel, or 17".

FITTED HUGGER
I also provide a Hugger fitting service, to any swingarm at an additional cost of £20 if done at the same time as a braced swingarm, (i.e. weld the brackets in place)

Or + £80 if I supply the hugger, in which case there is no additional charge for welding the lugs on.

The DIY kit will enable you to weld the brace in place yourself.
