Looking ofr some help here - I have a oil leak from the rear right (as you sit on the bike) carb manifold. I have just put the carbs back on and now there is a
leak from the outer most bolt hole. Judging by the way this bolt came out - It looks like the previous owner has cross-threaded the hole to the point that the
bolt has pierced through the head into ( I guess) a oil way.

I have tried instant gasket around the oiil way but now there are no threads for the bolt... ]]></description>

ive changed over to the 98 fuel and to start with it was great but its not running spot on anymore and when i pulled the plugs i found them all sooty and
black.

could the richer fuel do this and i now need one of those colour tune jobbys and back off the fuel a bit ?

Every now and again I get this dreadfull knocking/clanging/banging noise from the engine when starting. If I stop and then hit the starter again all is fine
and the bike fires and runs perfectly. It sounds like the cogs that connect the starter motor to the starter clutch but these all appear fine with no worn or
